Hello friends! I am not sure how it is already March! The weather has been CRAZY cold here in Houston, and I am about ready to head further south until it decides to warm up a bit!
I am still getting this set in place with this blog and my other new social media accounts. It has taken a bit longer than I planned, but I feel I am getting closer each day
While I am still on the mend emotionally from the events and losses from earlier this year, I am also determined to continue to move ahead with some of the goals I have for this year.
- Add personal weight lifting back to my weekly workout routine
- Finalize my Sprint certification
- Start my PN certification course
- Average 9 hours of sleep a night
- Increase intake of fruits and veggies (10-12+ daily)
- Physical therapy exercises
- Make my own organic toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body & face wash
- Promote wellness brand
- Order business cards
- Pay off 1 account
- Finalize social media accounts
- Daily scripture reading/listening
Well, these are just a few goals to keep me on my feet this month
